Simon’s role is to develop the overarching marketing strategies for Decoy’s clients and manage the team. He oversees the creative studio, ensuring consistent, high quality work is produced.

Outside of Decoy, Simon loves to get to the coast when he’s not coaching his local football team, the Lavington Panthers Football Netball Club.

Courtney is a social marketing and communications professional with a love for all things digital and social media. She gets excited by brainstorming creative concepts and watching ideas come to life through engaging design.

Courtney spends her spare time practicing yoga, experimenting in the kitchen and planning her next overseas trip.

Renae is Decoy’s Graphic Designer, with a degree from the University of Canberra. She loves what she does and enjoys working on a variety of design mediums, with a particular interest in print design and typography.

In her free time, you can find her pursuing other creative interests, keeping active and enjoying the outdoors (particularly the beach), or curled up with a good book.

Al has specialised as a social scientist and researcher for over 15 years as a professor at Charles Sturt University.

Al helps businesses identify and develop ways to build trust with their customers and leads our social science projects.

Josh is a digital design mastermind, qualified illustrator and graphic artist who has an extensive portfolio of both local and international clients. His work has been projected on the walls of some of Canberra’s most iconic buildings as part of the annual Enlighten festival.

As well as working with Decoy, Josh teaches Photoshop classes, loves taking beautiful photos and nerds it up with video games!
