Project Overview

We worked with the John James Foundation to effectively market and grow their brand throughout Canberra and position them as the area's leading medical charity. We provided JJF with marketing strategy, campaign services, graphic design and branding, web development, video, direct electronic mail, advertising, print and promotional products.

Brand Management

Over a several year period we partnered with the Foundation to develop and update key brand collateral. These items include the refresh of existing powerpoint documents, a website overhaul and development of a new ecommerce platform allowing them to take donations online, video creation, brand style guide, a number of brochures and donation forms, electronic direct mail system setup and design, design and print of strategic plans as well as signage, including; a-frame, pull up signs and building signs. We also developed the Plant a Tree for JJV campaign and were trusted to develop and manage the activation of the new brand into the market.

Website Development

The Foundation’s existing site had a number of responsive issues, used a lot of tables and lacked the backend functionality they needed to manage their own content. We solved these issues by correcting the responsive issues, allowing the website to load correctly and deliver a good user experience across all devices. We designed new visual solutions to address the tabled content, and developed a new sitemap and site structure to create a better flow of information for the user. We developed a number of new features including the donations blocks, homepage programs and news carousels, corporate partners section, ecommerce functionality and redesigned the backend and provided training to the foundation who are now able to manage their site in-house.
